Skechers first styles in history the StockX website with designs by myself & award-winning Doja Cat
Amala and I worked side-by-side to redesign the upper of the Skechers 90’s style, the D’lites, with a modern platform sneaker outsole. Premium patent leather, suede, and reflective trims are staged on an oil-slick outsole treatment, presenting a dynamic street style with the 90’s D’lites return to fashion.
A New & Improved Heritage
Amala’s desire was to revive the D’lites upper as it was originally worn by our 90’s and 2000’s icons, Britney and Mariah. This style pays tribute to our Y2K icons with our current icon elevating the old with the new.
